Hickory Oaks Campground

We stay here when we travel through Oshkosh. Great little oasis with trees, picnic tables, fire pits and a fishing pond

Loved the campground...at first. My fiance and I travel for work so we live out of our camper for months on end with our 1 year old. We were paying here to stay for a couple days out of the week. We decided to keep staying there and tried to talk to the owner about monthly, but she didn't seem like she wanted to talk about any of that. Before we knew it we were told we couldnt stay there anymore even after paying her multiple times just to keep our site booked for weeks. She lost our business due to not letting us stay here all because we were paying her to stay in weeks not a month. But she …

Sadly, I didn't stay here but cannot recommend this park. I reached out multiple times to make a reservation - by phone, email and through the park's online form, only to receive an email requesting information, including a copy of my driver's license. After submission, I never heard back from them. Not sure what the deal is, but certainly not a way to run a business. I'm up here for business and needed to make a reservation during a 2 month travel period but if I can't even get a call back or receive some type of feedback, how reliable can I consider this park?
