Hi-Road Basecamp

Sites are earth, we had elect, water and sewer drop, and literally just outside of Zion. Rates are fair, $55 Bathrooms are a bit dated , but are designed to handle campers,, 2 shower rooms , good hot water, lots of sinks and very up to date hand soap and towel dispensers. We chose a site, unknowingly between 2 longterm campers, seemed a bit cluttered there. But overall a good experance.

Excellent! Helpful and friendly staff. They cater to RVers, vanners, and car campers too. Showers. Sites available with power and water. Very reasonable rates. They even have a laundry mat for guests. Showers, bathroom, and laundry are 24/7. Reserve online or try a walk in during office hours. Nice places to walk around. Hear theres a slot canyon out back of the office. Gift shop and restaurant across the street. Excellent dark sky during the new moon! I hope very much to stay there when I visit Zion again!

I honestly wish I had read the reviews carefully before coming here. The stay was very disappointing especially for the price. The property smells bad, feels unkept, and does not match the photos or the value being charged. In person, it looks much more worn down and smaller than expected. The towels in the bathroom were shredded. No basic amenities. No fridge or mini fridge as advertised. The surrounding area also felt unmaintained, and there was noticeable noise from the street. Reception staff lacked professionalism. Overall, it did not live up to what was advertised.

Has what you need. Great location as well as views. The staff are super helpful and very nice.
