We stayed for opening weekend from May 1–3 and had such a great experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about making sure everyone enjoys their stay. A special shoutout to the manager at the diamond mine, who was amazing—so patient, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer all of our questions. I stayed in a riverfront cabin one night and a hut the other night. Definitely suggest the riverfront cabin as the hut was missing the TV connection and had holes above the flooring so ants were making themselves at home.

My first time mining was an absolute thrill of an experience. You will learn to appreciate both hard work and breaks between mining sessions. I spent a few days here and wish I could stay longer. I stayed at the cabin located right by the mining pit, it was the best decision I made. You have a wonderful kitchen setup with cooking equipment on site, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, and electric stove. While I didnt use the firepit and grill outside, I found its inclusion as a wonderful addition to the cabin. You also have a roku T.V with direct t.v, and various other apps. T…

We stayed with KOA for the weekend, the cabin was so beautiful. Location is amazing and very peaceful. There is playground, parking, golf car rental, etc. Will definitely go again.
