My son called me as soon as he got the room bed bugs and roaches don't stay there new owners don't care said they have a roach problem doors won't close right

Another State Park Lodge Gem! Clean, comfortable, smaller lodge with a beautiful view of the gorge. King suite was spacious, comfortable bed, with floor to wall windows and balcony with gorgeous views. We dined in the restaurant 3 times. Beautiful views, pretty good for lodge food and pleasant service every time. The only issue we encountered there was no wifi in our room during our two night stay. It was being repaired, but not fixed. Normally not an issue, but we had business to conduct and had to walk to lobby to use wifi.

The best State Park I've probably ever been to and that covers a lot of places in the country. I absolutely stunning. Had a gorge view room and could not believe it. West Virginia Park system is amazing.

This is the most beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are down to earth country folks, every day they clean the rooms and the housekeepers actually care and talk with you. The front desk staff are great as well. At check-in, me and my aunt wanted to switch rooms, because she needed 2 beds and she had a king reserved and I had a double queen reserved and I was by myself. The front desk agent said it was no problem and she put still made sure we were close to the rest of the family. (We were having a family reunion) also they placed all our rooms on the same f…
