The views of the lake from the Ivy Cabin are incredible! However I would not recommend for family’s with young children. The cabin has a loft with a very narrow spiral stair case, and the way it is constructed it is very easy to bonk a little head on. There is a pull out couch on the first floor that my husband and I ended up having to sleep on because it was pretty beat up and old. The cabin does not have air conditioning, we stayed in the middle of July and it was pretty brutal. The lack of curtains in the front of the cabin didn’t help because there was no way to block out the sun making it…
