Great campground with plenty for kids and adults to do! There’s a playground, pool, mini golf, and the beach is literally steps away across the street. Don’t feel like grilling? Pelican Brewery is right next to the campground, as well as Dory’s Pizza. The sites themselves are pretty basic, but the location and amenities more than make up for it. Our only hiccup was the front desk experience. On both of our stays, check-in felt quite unfriendly, and we ran into some confusion around charges/paperwork that when questioned about it, the response was rather rude (and then I was ignored after). Great location, short walk to the beach where you have a local brewery a huge sandune to climb, tidepools and a twin to the haystack rock in cannon Beach! The sites were fairly small but I've been in tighter. Great market with tillamook ice cream stand and swimming pool. Good pizza place connected to guest services. The only thing is not being able to pick your spot. Just tell them where you would like to be and they will get you there or close to it. One of our new favorite places!!
Stay away from this place bad customer service front desk guy had bad attitude and they do all scam! Not really professional guy, very loud and doesn't let you talk. Booked for A for 2night deluxe room when I got there they gave me a key to smaller unit something they call signature room. Happy I got my $630+ money back but they charged me for 2day parking fee $20 I still haven't got that back now dispute with the bank is so frustrating over $20 . That's the second time I stay here didn't have this issue before. Won't stay here ever again I'm marine veteran dealing with ptsd! Don't need this…
We just had a fabulous time staying in "hotcakes" I saw the interior of the vintage trailer very cute and very vintage. I prefer the luxury of hotcakes. So adorable, the staff was great! We were celebrating a surprise birthday and they helped us pick trailers far enough apart to not give away the surprise. Oh! The outdoor shower was so much fun! We loved it. Make sure you give it a try. The water actually can get too hot. There's a beautiful live wall privacy and a large flat rock that warms pretty quickly. It was only 50° out and we loved it. So much I think we might need one at home
