Great trail to town. from r v park. Town is not bike friendly. To get to the famous bike trail, you have to carry your bikes down 3 flights of stairs. No fun carring a 65 lb electric bike. Age group over 70. Most cites in usa are bike friendly. Get with it West Virginia!!
Our stay was booked through River Riders Adventure Water Park for our week long stay at Harper’s Ferry Campground. Amenities include but not limited to river rafting, canoeing, zip lining, and so much more. Visit River Riders Main Lodge for the Alstadts Ale House and Camp Store.
LOVED THIS!! This was my first ever camping experience and omg the bar is set high going forward!!! We were on a riverfront tent site and it was clean upon arrival! We were spaced out nicely and the groundskeeper, Peetey was so kind and helpful!!! Extra plus, they have campground kitties that love to say hello and are amazing watchcats!
