Very impressed with the campground. Ranger John was very helpful &friendly. Currently they have issue with the Argentina ants so always bring ant repellent. We're in the Pirates Cove section which doesn't have a designated bath/ shower house by there are 2 others in the Bayshore & Shady Loop section. They are outdated but certainly doable. Alot of sites have water views. The pull thrus are decent in Pirates cove section & you look at the water, not your neighbor. The only suggestion i have for campers, please be aware of these P/Thru sites & where your vehicle is parked- you could be imped…
Was a 4 but it's becoming less cared for. No soap in the women's bathroom to wash your hands with. They only check it once a day and even then they did not replace the soap for washing hands. The most I do is go and add roller toilet paper.
Great park, very clean. They have an issue with ants though. They can get in your camper, car, outside lights, boat, etc. Just make sure to bring ant spray.
Beautiful place. Nice sites some right on the waterfront. Nice showers, only 1 of 2 laundry rooms left, being phased out. Beautiful beach and lake views. Cell coverage is excellent.
