Honestly, I am saddened to say that this place has offered less and less each year but of course has charged more and more. This will be our 6th consecutive year, sometimes staying multiple weeks throughout each season. Our 1st year was excellent. Our 2nd year, they may have had the pool/slides down for a day, and the Wibit needed some occasional inflating. To be expected. But by 2024, they were not able to adequately staff the pool. Terrible - would not recommend. Amenities are broken or not taken care of. They will have every fexcuse they can think of. Owned by an association which is awful, greedy, & dishonest.

Everything is broken. Avoid this place, it is a complete joke. No waterslides (they tell everyone that comes that they are "down" but past reviews continually show them "down" for months. Fishing pond only has bullheads, tiny bullheads. Campsites in the woods with electric and water were decent. Security guy was a nice guy. Rent a golf cart, about the only thing our boys enjoyed and everyone seemed to be doing this too. Speed limit is not enforced.
