Spacious 2.5 story home with game room and large, enclosed backyard! If you want to be in town, close to the river and local nightlife, you have arrived! 3 bedroom, 3 bath! For those looking for the perfect location for your next "flex-cation," this rental is perfectly equipped for you with fast and reliable WiFi with download speeds of over 100mbps! The entry-level has a large living room with comfy furnishings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large Smart TV with Blu-Ray player and Xfinity cable service. The kitchen is bright and spacious. The attached dining room has a beautiful large dining table for 8 of your closest friends and family. Off of the dining room, there is a small deck with comfy furnishings to relax and catch up on your day. Walk up a 1/2 flight of stairs and you will find 2 cheerful bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom is large and has a King bed. The second bedroom is bright with a comfy Queen bed. The downstairs area has its own entrance/exit accessible from the backyard and through the garage. Downstairs you will discover a large game room with a new ping pong table, a mini kitchen, and another flat-screen TV. Perfect room to lounge in and play games. We have decked it out with a large popcorn maker and milkshake maker. Off of the game room, there is another bedroom with a full bathroom. In this sweet room, you will find 2 queens and 1 twin bed. The outside spaces are as special as the interior. There is large dining set in the backyard with strings of lights running the length of the large patio area. The propane gas BBQ will complete your entertaining experience! If you love being in the heart of the action, within walking distance to all downtown Guerneville has to offer, we are certain this will be a Russian River Favorite for years to come!!! PET POLICY: Dogs only - NO cats! $80 Dog Fee per Dog Friendly reminder: 8 people max day or night and 3 cars max. Parking can be a bit crowded on the street. There is one spot available in the driveway and another can park right in front of the driveway. Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 7am.
