Nice trails in hilly woods. Rangers gave good directions.
Caution the limited tunnel clearance entering the park. Also caution your length towing in the loop.
I loved the peaceful vibes here. The air wash fresh and the forest fel ancient. I highly recommend the trails, they offer great views of the water and plenty of shade. Pro Tip: Visit early morning to beat the heat and find parking near the entrance. The whole area feels very welcoming for a hike. It was a perfect way to spend an afternoon.
