Wifi is no good. Can't connect and then when you can only last a few minutes.
We booked a cabin, and prepaid online. We had a confirmed reservation email. No key or reservation envelope was waiting for us upon arrival. Although two separate text-only phone numbers are listed for after hours inquiries, neither one appears to be monitored. We were forced to make alternative plans on the spot. Despite leaving my phone number and a note, no one has contacted me. To the property manager: I believe in forgiveness. If I am refunded, and I can prove that you have begun monitoring your after-hours contact method, I would revise or remove this review. As promised, an after hour…
