Memorial Day Weekend Stay – Disappointing Experience Despite Nice Property: We stayed at Green Acers ATX over the Memorial Day weekend with my wife and two young kids, booking their Spartan Mansion accommodation. Disappointing Experience - We stayed at Green Acres ATX in the Spartan Mansion in early March. I unfortunately missed the review from last May that detailed issues with it prior to booking. Our issues began with the gravel road for the property. The road was washed out in several places and we nearly bottomed out our car on it. It took two of us using both hands to get the door open. Once inside we realized there was another door; that handle fell off in our hands. Both screen doors were ripped or had panels that weren't covered.
