Graves Mountain Farm & Lodges

We have been going to Grave's Mountain for over 10 years. It is the perfect getaway in the mountains. Beautiful scenery. Unique, comfortable accommodations and friendly service. This year I stayed at Greenwood cabin. I took one of our beagles. We walked around the property and I went on a hike Sunday with Tim. He was a great guide and the hike was fun and challenging. Highly recommend!

We liked this place! Very countryside style! There were some flies, that were not dangerous, but might make you a bit uncomfortable if you are not a country person 😀 maybe book a higher level room. Yet despite of that, we loved the energy of this place! Breakfast was fantastic! We got a bit later for dinner, but made s’mores when we arrived. There was live music and a beautiful atmosphere under the stars. They have other activities for the kids and families, we didn’t fully take advantage of, but we would definitely stay again at this location. Highly recommended!

Went from April 24-26 2026. It is a great spot. We stayed on the campground. Bathrooms are great for camping (no flushing or sinks but good seats and good ventilation.) A lot of space for big groups and small groups. Ground is not rocky so was to sleep on. It’s a great location if you want to hike Old Rag since it is 20 minutes away and good bang for your buck. We went up to the lodge to check it out and there was some great blue grass music, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a good camping trip!

Update: this is our 4th year in a row coming to Graves. It is a great vacation spot to get away from city life. This place is awesome. There is so much to do on site and in the area. Staff is super friendly. All of the cabins are nice - a little bit of everything to choose from.
