Welcome to the Vacation rental! The House is great for families or a small group of friends out for a weekend getaway or looking for a base from which to launch a Montana adventure. The House sleeps 9. On the ground floor there are two suites with king beds, upstairs is a spacious third bedroom with a queen bed, and across the bridge a sleeping loft with three twin beds. The house centers around an incredible great room with 12' of glass out to a huge covered porch and unobstructed views to Emigrant Peak. We welcome EVERYONE to experience the beauty of this place! The House has three private bedrooms and a semi-private sleeping loft. The primary bedrooms are on the ground floor and have ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs the west bedroom has a loft seating overlook and across the bridge is the sleeping loft with three twin beds; upstairs shares a full bath at the top of the stair. It is 30 acres in the heart of the Paradise Valley, Montana. We sit on the west side of the valley, on a geologic bench above the valley floor where the Yellowstone River flows. The land has sweeping views of the Absaroka Range to the east, the Gallatin Range to the west and Yellowstone National Park to the south. Bald Eagles soar off the edge of the bench, pronghorn antelope wander the land, blue birds busily flit about and badgers dig their dens- this is the perfect base for a southwestern Montana adventure. It is located about 30 minutes from Gardiner and the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. We are only 20 minutes from Livingston, one of the great small towns of the western United States. Within a 10 minute drive, live music is available almost every night of the week at numerous locations in the valley as is the world famous Chico Hot Springs. All our neighbors are on 20+ acres lots so there is a lot of wide open space! We are out there but we are not totally disconnected, there is a lot nearby: 5 min: The Outpost Bar and Grill (Emigrant) 10 min: Chico Hot Springs, Chico Saloon and Sage Lodge 10 Min: Emigrant Store, FollowYerNose BBQ, Wild Flour Bakery and Café, the Old Saloon (live music), Pine Creek Lodge (live music) 10min: World Class Fly Fishing on local rivers, creeks and lakes • Public access to the Yellowstone River, Mill Creek • Spring Creeks (per rod fee) Armstrong's/O'Hair's Spring Creek, DePuy's Spring Creek, Nelson's Spring Creek • Numerous hike in lakes 20 min: Livingston, Montana • Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, small movie theater, ice cream • Yellowstone Gateway Museum, Livingston Depot Museum, Fly Fishers International Museum & Learning Center 30+ min: Yellowstone National Park, Northeast Entrance • Gateway to Yellowstone, Roosevelt Arch 30+ min: Gardiner, Montana • Shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. • Adventure sport rentals- white water rafting, fly fishing guides, eco-tours 45 minutes: Downtown Bozeman and Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) • All major big-box retailers and grocers are available in Bozeman DRIVING: Be careful driving through the Paradise Valley, especially in the dusk and dawn hours. Take your time on Highway 89- enjoy the view! Deer, antelope, elk, small mammals and livestock are regularly found along the road and crossing the road. When arriving, stay to the right when the entry drive forks at the House. The House is just up the gentle incline further down the entry drive. Please drive slow on the entry drive.
