This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following house rules listed are met. 4. Must Park inside the gate and can fit no more than 3 cars. No RV's or side by sides. ATVs cannot be ridden around neighborhood. 5. They plow the road after 6" on the ground. They are pretty level. If there's a snowstorm a 4x4 is needed. 6. There is a barbed wire fence on the property. 7. Camera with a view of the porch and mostly outside the porch. Camera with a view of the driveway. No audio recording.
