I rolled into the area late on a Thursday night to attend a friend's retirement the next day. Of the three locations I looked at on that stretch of Hwy 24, Goose Creek, although closed, was able to accommodate me in my pickup with attached Roofnest room top tent. I stayed in one of their drive-thru sites that had power, water and wi-fi. The price was very reasonable, the bathhouse clean and private. All worked well for a late night arrival. The grounds are extremely clean and very quiet- with the exception of a Marine Osprey generating a lot of "the sound of freedom!" I would stay here again…
