This was a great park. Right in Anchorage so a great place for collecting or dropping off your RV. Good clean facilities with loads of washers and dryers.
Super nice, helpful staff. Bathrooms, showers and laundry were a real plus!
This is not a legitimate long-term living facility even though they advertise it.(FRAUD & DECPETION of BUSINESS PRACTICES)—it operates like a hotel with long term resident for over 10 years. They bypass basic tenant protections. Based on my experience as a long-term resident, management’s conduct raises serious concerns regarding compliance with local municipal codes and Alaska statutes governing landlord-tenant relationships.
