This campsite was awesome. There were tons of shady spots to set up tents. Plenty of space around the fire pit too, so it never felt cramped and made hanging out really comfortable. The area is super pretty, with tall trees all around and a super peaceful vibe. And it's just a short hike down to Jenkinson Lake. The water was nice and cool, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. A perfect spot to chill or take a swim. We had such an amazing stay at Jason and Steve’s camping spot! Although we arrived pretty late due to heavy traffic, Jason went above and beyond and even had a cozy campfire waiting for us – such a thoughtful and kind gesture that made us feel so welcome right away. Both Jason and his Uncle Steve were incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. It was truly a pleasure to meet them. The campsite itself was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed.
