My family and I went there today 3/7/26 6 adults and 4 kids for my special needs cousin’s birthday. when we arrived there was a few people we waited not very long we were trying to find out who we had to pay for and who had to wear swimmers and what not, the gentleman behind the counter (Guy we found out later is his name) was super rude as we were trying to figure out what was what (no one was behind us) so bad that 2 of adults would not swim because they would not be giving their money to someone that treats and talks to customers that way.
