A tucked away little corner of our one acre lot. We’re just a couple hundred yards away from the entry to Lory state Park. Lory is known for its hiking, biking, bird watching, fishing, and easy access to Horsetooth Reservoir. With beautiful sunrises, daily visits from deer and wild turkey. And yes, we have an electric hook up. This site is perfect for a camper van, small trailer, rooftop tent, or a ground tent. If you need anything else, just ask us.

Great spot with super easy access to Lory State Park and Horsetooth Reservoir. We were able to just hop on our bikes and ride right over. Matt was also very friendly and personable, really enjoyed conversing with him and his wife. I’d also like to add we had such an adorable view of the neighbor’s pony and horses. We plan on coming back with our mtn bikes and paddle boards!
Matt was a great host, and came out to greet and chat with us. His place is on a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!
