Great location, nice sites. But skip the laundry facility. Dryers take two or three cycles to do the job. Spent a lot of money to dry clothes.

It is expensive and appears like a top scale place. Gated facility with a pool, hot tub, ice machine and laundry room. But it’s right by the highway and they were doing construction so the noise was so bad that I closed the windows and turned on the A/C on a beautiful day. Showered the first day and got a nice clean bathroom. Second shower was aweful. Dirty shower and broken hooks and handrails. I know they can’t help the highway construction but for what they charge the facility should be clean and in top notch condition.

The good: gated facility. upon check in you get a business card with the address, phone number, gate code, WiFi password, and cab service phone number. Amenities of laundry room, pool and hot tub, and ice machine are nice to have. Lovely place. |The bad: right by the highway so there’s that loudness. Plus they were doing construction so I had to close the windows and turn on the AC just to drown out the jackhammers and construction noise. |The ugly:|First shower: A+|Second shower: D+ I changed rooms but the shower was filthy, no hook on the back of the door. Just a big hole. And the handrail…

Closest RV Park to the French Quarter. Pool and hot tub. 4 bathrooms with showers.

Stayed in our RV here. Loved the place. Clean, lovely pool and amenities. It is under a bridge, but that didn't bother us. Very close to the Town. Highly recommend.
