This large, one-building estate features three separate units with 17 bedrooms and 12 full-size bathrooms in total. The property consists of the main living area, one bedroom unit, and a five bedrooms unit. The main living area has 11 bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and two twin cubbie beds with a private bathroom. In addition, there is a king-size bedroom with a private bathroom; two full-size bedrooms with a private bathroom; five full-size bedrooms; one queen-size bedroom with a wheelchair-accessible private bathroom; and a bunk room with two bunk beds. The one-bedroom unit has a queen-size bedroom, a private bathroom, a kitchen and dining area, and a living room with a pull-out sofa. Meanwhile, the five-bedroom unit has five queen-size bedrooms, a kitchen and dining area, three bathrooms, and a living room. In the main living area, guests will find the fully-equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, a double oven, an eight-burner stove, a microwave, a toaster oven. a coffeemaker, and a dishwasher. There is plenty of counter top space for food preparation and guests will have full use of the utensils, dishes, and crockery on-site. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stool seating and there are several dining tables with enough seating for everyone. The dining area is kept cozy with a toasty fireplace and a television. Adjacent to the dining area, there is a bar area with a pool table. Each additional unit has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffeemaker. Guests will find a large full-length veranda consisting of the entire main level of the estate, which features plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the fantastic views that overlook the Catskill Mountain range. Also located under the veranda is the six-person hot tub and an eight-burner grill for outdoor cooking. The grounds have an above ground pool with large deck, open fields with a badminton net, and a magnificent fire pit with lots of seats surrounding it. This peaceful property boasts a variety of facilities to make for a comfortable stay. The dining area boasts a toasty interior with a television and roaring fireplace, while a second television can be found in the master bedroom. Guests will love the bar area with a pool table and plenty of bar seating. There are two lovely decks from the second floor with plenty of seating, as well as a large patio off of the main floor. On the patio, guests will find a five-burner grill with plenty of patio furniture. Also on the patio is an inviting hot tub that overlooks the large fire pit on the grounds which is surrounded by comfortable seating.
