This rustic cabin is an ideal rental for a family vacation in the woods in the Connecticut River Valley of New Hampshire, with lots of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors as well as each other's company. There is a queen size bed in one room, three twin beds in the second bedroom, a full futon in the living room, and one full bathroom. Guests can enjoy the fresh air on the screened porch, and there is a fireplace in the living room to warm up by. The living room is a comfortable welcoming space and guests will find the full kitchen attached with a stove and an oven. Outside, guests have use of an outdoor campground grill (you supply the charcoal) so families can enjoy home-cooked meals on the BBQ. Guests at this cabin have full access to all of the lodge facilities, from Post Pond and the recreational facilities, as well as the restaurant. Regardless of which kind of cabin is reserved, guests at this beautiful lodge have a huge variety of facilities and amenities to make their stay here more comfortable. Each cabin has a fireplace and a porch, perfect for relaxing at the end of a great day outside. The bed and breakfast cabins have breakfast included in the rate during the summer season from late-June to Labor Day. The lodge has a basketball hoop and small court, as well as soccer goal, a volleyball net, two clay tennis courts, tetherball, horseshoe pits, and even a large open field for games. Kids of all ages are sure to love staying here with all there is to do outside! Post Pond is on the property, and here guests can go fishing, boating, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Beach towels and beach are provided for guests to enjoy the sandy beach, while gentle slopes into the water for beginning swimmers and docks farther out for the more advanced. Dog owners will be thrilled to hear there is even a dog swim area for the canine guests. Lastly, the lodge has a restaurant that is open every day. Breakfast and lunch are served every day.
