No Neighbors means loud parties are ok with permission prior to booking. Located next to the Tracy Sky-Dive center. We also have an INSIDE AND OUTSIDE SOUND SYSTEM. Ask for more details. There is a Capacity for 16 people to stay at the house overnight. Extra charges apply to any visitors whom guests may invite. Must be pre-approved prior to booking. ACCESS Main House, Garage, Front and Back Yard, all gated NEIGHBORHOOD No Neighbours Apart from Tracy Sky, Dive TRANSIT Uber, Lyft NOTES No Glassware allowed in the backyard Any additional guests found to be at the property and not listed will be charged from the deposit at double the normal rates. No Swimming alone Hot Tub No More than 15 people No Running, Pushing, or Horseplay around the pool area No Glassware is allowed outside in the Backyard. Pool-approved cutlery and cups are provided. Pool Disclosure will need to be signed by the booking party on arrival. Property is monitored by CCTV. ALL EVENTS MUST BE DISCUSSED IN DETAIL PRIOR TO BOOKING Event Fees and Deposits are needed Rules broken can lead to termination of your stay.
