A hidden gem in eastern kansas! I stayed for an overnight on a long drive. Trails nearby to stretch your legs, just beware of poison ivy and ticks. The sandy beach was lovely. Beautiful sunsets. Camping area has a pavilion, fireplace for cooking, picnic tables and bathrooms/showers/dumpsters/water nearby.
Amazing place. Love it here. Great for cycling, fishing,camping etc.
Nice Campground. Beautiful views. It can get windy so choose your spot wisely. The off season is great. You may get the place to yourself.
