We had an amazing experience with Escape Camper Vans! At pickup in Las Vegas, Daniel helped us out incredibly well — there was a small issue with the Maverick, but he handled it proactively and professionally. We ended up traveling for three weeks with the Del Mar, which turned out to be a fantastic campervan for us. During the trip we only had one minor issue with the kitchen water pump, and even though it was a Saturday evening, we received a helpful response within two hours. Great service, great vans, and really nice people. Highly recommended!
We had an amazing time. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. We had a seamless experience starting from the pickup to the dropoff and along the way.
We rented the Maverick for a week and had a good time around the National Parks! The customer service at pickup and drop-off from Kevin was awesome as well. The only thing I will say is that we did end up buying an inflatable mattress to top up the foldable couch in the Maverick after night one.
