The Emporia KOA is located close to I-95 which make the campground a nice place for a stop over. Note that this park is open year round. The pool was not open yet as it was early April. Overall the park is clean and we'll maintained. The single drawback is the close proximity to a frequently used railroad. This should not stop anyone from enjoying this KOA though.

Great KOA tucked away in Emporia, VA. Big camping spaces, nice bath houses, and great amenities. Staff was friendly and facilities were cleaned.
This is a very nice place and all the stuff is super friendly and very accommodating. Absolute 10 out of 10! I definitely will stay here every time I am this way! Safe travels to everyone,
