Emmett KOA Holiday

DON'T BRING A E-BIKE. My family & I visited the campsite at the end of September. The campsite was nice and quiet. We stayed in the rustic cabins. They were fine for 4 kids & 2 adults. I'll say we didn't see any bugs inside. The stay was only a few nights & kids had a nice time. Workers kept up on cleaning & garbage. Bathrooms had separate rooms for privacy. Our fire pit was super muddy after a rain so we went next door to my brothers pit was better on the north end. Maybe put down some gravel. I give a 3 star because there is room for improvement. I drove all the way out to this KOA to see the sites and ask some questions. Unfortunately, the young woman at the front desk was unable to provide any answers. She offered to call a manager, which I agreed to, but the manager refused to come out and speak with us. Instead, I was told to send an email for my questions. After making the trip in person, this lack of effort and unwillingness to engage was extremely disappointing. Thank you for the “wonderful” customer service.

Rustic cabins have everything you expect and more. The management was very easy to work with and accommodating for our needs! Great experience with a lot of fun things to do around the campsite. Far away from the city that you can hear for miles but come enough you don't need to drive 6 hours, very pleased with our overall experience here! Thanks!
