Overall, the experience was nice. I think the price per night should be $30-35 instead, and here are my reasons why: 1. The only amenity is potable water. 2. There isn’t really anywhere to go or walk. There is a paved trail through the property, but after walking a few yards, the path becomes way too overgrown to go any further. 3. My previous comment may make it sound like you’re in plenty of wildlife, but the camp site is almost completely dead grass and lots of spiky foxtails, which attach to every bit of clothing and is very uncomfortable for dogs to walk on since they stick and poke their…
The campsite was great. Lots of space, level ground for the tent. Views were great.
It was a great last minute camping trip. Great location, near the city and lots of things to do. Amy is a great host. Will definitely come back again.
