This was an extremely convenient campground that we stopped at twice on our road trip from Nashville to Santa Fe. We stayed one night on our way to New Mexico and we were very pleased with the location so we stayed another night on our way back to Tennessee.
If you don’t include this KOA on you itinerary you’ve made a mistake. There’s a little bar/restaurant that serves great salad and wings and burger and drinks. And there a lake next door for fishing. It’s not a super crowded KOA. Just a really nice place to stay a night!
Its conveniently located near I40 yet just far enough away to feel secluded and have quiet. Its a beautiful location, the cabins are nice and clean, dog areas are fantastic and the service at check in was great!
Great place to stay on our journey from East Coast to West Coast. Large dog park that our dogs love.
