Getting There: Easy access and easy to find Customer Service/Checking In: Admittedly, when we arrived and every time I stopped at the store/office during our visit, no one was there. That said, there was usually a guest sitting outside and would confirm the person was just taking care of something and would be back soon. The good thing was that I wasn't in need of anything, I just wanted to check out the store.
