Had some difficulty with the exact location as I arrived late in the evening and couldn’t see much, but Karla helped every step of the way! She responded immediately after every text/call and stayed on the phone until I arrived. The spot was serene and lives up to every expectation. Had a great time!
Site is on a main road and pretty tight for car camping but it’s only a short distance to get to the market for supplies : )
We needed a last-minute place to stay as everything else in the area was booked, and thankfully, we were able to book this spot immediately. The site was accommodating for our car camping setup, with plenty of space for tents or an RV as well. One thing to note is that the location is very close to the road, so there is some traffic noise. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we noticed quite a bit of trash on the lot. We picked up a lot of it ourselves to make the space cleaner than we left it. On the positive side, we were treated to some great wildlife sightings and had an amazing view of the …

Imagine unzipping your tent in the morning and the first thing you see is the San Jacinto mountains, the high peaks glistening in the early morning light above the beautiful town of Idyllwild nestled below. It’s quite a visual stimulation. That’s what I saw when I stayed at “SPECTACULAR RV & CAMPING RETREAT!!!” The host was also a great help when I had trouble finding the place. However….
