Desert Drifter RV Resort is boutique RV resort experience centrally located in Old Town Yucca Valley with restaurants and shopping within one block from location. Only 20 minutes to the West Entrance to Joshua Tree National Park, 5 minutes to Pioneertown, a historical western town anchored by the famed Pappy & Harriets Pioneertown Palace with great music and food, and 30 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. Each site is 25' x 80' on gravel pad with 20/30/50 Amp, water, and sewer hook ups. Each site is shaded by pine trees with picnic table. The resort features a seasonally heated pool, pet park, communal fire pit, two bathrooms with hot showers, and clubhouse featuring ping pong table, arcade games, board games, books, streaming television, and complimentary self serve coffee, tea, and cocoa station.

We were not able to communicate with the camp owner through the hipcamp webadress. Our camping spot was changed and we were not informed in time. We had to ask another resident the codes of the bathroom and shower. The swimming pool was not open in the morning.
Great location, close to many fantastic places to visit. All facilities are practical and functional, especially the pool is great! Shawn the host was present and very helpfull and was answering immediately to questions on Email and even gave us great advices for thins to do in the local aerea.
We love the RV park It was not to big and it was nice and clean. The pool was also perfect. Thanks.
Great overnight location after Joshua Tree and before Death Valley! Was able to go directly to site and no problem with any of the utilities! Clean site and park including bathrooms. Stayed during week and was very quiet even though on a busy thoroughfare! Would recommend and stay there again!
Easy self check-in & out, all info sent via message, site was clean and showers were good. Pool was out of commission (as of Dec 2024... too cold for it anyway), but ping pong table and Mortal Kombat arcade game worked great!
This vintage trailer is such a cute stay! The trailer was the perfect size for two people, the bed was very comfy after a long few weeks of car camping! Well decorated and nice to be able to park right in front of the trailer.
