Very clean and supplied with all of guests' linen and cookware needs, this home offers three large bedrooms on the upper level. This beautiful riverfront rental comes totally remodeled and newly furnished. Every room has master crafted woodwork and furnishing. The master bedroom has a walk out balcony with a beautiful view of the river and steps that lead down to the riverfront. The middle bedroom has a queen-size bed and the end bedroom has two beautiful log twin beds. Two full-size comfortable futons in a separate living area with a flat-screen TV on the main floor. One full bathroom is proved on the main floor with a full-size tub and shower. The large open kitchen living and dining room come with another flat-screen TV, perfect for family and friends gatherings. The beds come complete with quality linens and plush pillows with the two twin beds also featuring hand-hewn bed frames. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven, a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Home-cooked meals can be served at the dining table where there is seating for all 10 guests, or at the outdoor picnic table beside the river where guests also have access to a barbecue grill. There are an array of amenities that ensure guests are treated to a comfortable and enjoyable vacation and they can marvel at the natural beauty of the river from the outdoor furniture including the swing and the picnic table where guests can serve up barbecue meals from the grill. The hosts provide two canoes and four kayaks for guests to use on the water. Inside, there is a washing machine and a clothes dryer should guests wish to do laundry and there is a free Wi-Fi connection as well as a flat-screen TV complete with cable.
