Camped here for the second time. Both times have been in April. The first year, the weather was great. This year, not so much. This camp ground is pretty much a no frills kinda place. Every camp site is out in the open. No trees to speak of. It's simple, but gets the job done. It's proximity to the Indian River Inlet and Bridge is a big plus. That, and The Big Chill restaurant and bar is walking distance from the campground. We've been to the Big Chill twice and like the simple bar fare and the view of the beach and ocean. The campground has several bathhouses in various sections of the park. …
