Staff was very friendly and informative. Must have $20 cash, to get keycard, needed to enter park when coming and going. Our spot had water and electric, but no sewer. Sewer only in some spots. Very sandy spots, hard to get level and some sinkage. Nice location– can walk to beach from the campground and several trails, including 2 bird sanctuaries right inside the park. It’s a great location, but if you like peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. The campers are packed in like sardines. There are so many dogs that it’s loud most of the day starting around 6am. I love animals, but that was a lot of noise. With the campers so close, it felt like there was zero privacy. Between the noise from the kids at the playground, the animals, and whatever construction is going on at the beach at all hours, not to mention the ferry horn all day long, it was not enjoyable. I cut my trip short and just went home. I have 9 indoor rescue dogs myself, so I love animals…

Clean bathrooms! Close to the beach. Grounds are well taken care of.
