Our teepees are approximately 225 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. There are three chemical toilets conveniently located throughout the campground. Each teepee site has its solar shower, mounted cold water shower, and a mirror. You are required to bring your camping gear; cookware, eating utensils, sleeping bags, etc. Each teepee site is outfitted with a fire pit, grill grate, picnic table, log benches, hammock, 2-burner propane camp stove, hibachi grill, and wash basins for dishes. Guests can sit and relax while enjoying the sounds of nature. In the evenings, glampers can relax around the fire pit while cooking up some s'mores, the perfect way to relax at the end of a full and busy day of hiking and exploring the surrounding area. This secluded teepee provides basic amenities for those who want a minimalistic weekend in nature. Bring your own camping gear and sleeping accommodations. There is no electricity, but solar lighting and candle lanterns provide all the ambient glow that guests need. Wi-Fi is available at the host's residence, but due to the secluded nature of the rental, it is limited. Please DO NOT bring your firewood. We have many species of trees on the property that are prone to invasive insects. Our property follows the guidelines set forth by the US Forest Service and Nature Conservancy. Firewood can be purchased on-site for $7 per bundle. You can also purchase it at your time of booking and have it stocked at your teepee. We have bundles of kindling and split logs. To maintain an experience in nature, we do not allow parking next to your teepee. Each teepee campsite has an assigned parking space in the designated parking area. No vehicles are allowed past the designated parking lot. Guests are required to walk to their teepee campsite. There are handcarts available to transport your belongings to and from your teepee campsite. If you need any assistance, please contact the onsite facility host.
