Cunningham RV Park

Really nice Campground/RV Park. Clean, quiet, and roomy sites. This was our first visit. Nice size playground for children and there is a swimming pool. Close to expressway and lots of shopping and restaurants not far... but Not within walking distance. Would come back for sure!

Great folks at the office. Reasonable price. Lots of junk vehicles and campers. VERY QUIET

Inconsistent delivery experience. The front office protocols for receiving packages and groceries seem to change daily, leading to orders being flagged or returned to the store. It’s frustrating for residents who expect their deliveries and a major headache for service providers. If you move here, don't count on a smooth experience with outside services until they streamline their office communication. It costs independent contractors time and money.

It's a great place to come for a couple nights or just for years. Nice facilities as well as a pool.

Apparently if you don’t pick up dog shit in time this gives the property manager the right to entrap tenants in their camper with the swing door bar then when police come claim “they didn’t know anyone was in there” Property manager is a joke who just retaliates over poop.
