If you’re looking for a quiet, family-friendly RV spot & campground with a fun Sasquatch theme in a remote part of Kentucky along the river, then consider Cummins Ferry. We found RV bloggers who gave it a thumbs up so we gave it a try. Book ahead because they do fill up the 88 spots, especially in the summer on weekends with live entertainment & food trucks. We were first-timers on a non-peak weekday stay with our dog. ($200/2 nights). Their communication via email & text was excellent. Our flat pad & full hookup backing up to the river was ok. The view, as sold online, needs to be brushhogged…
