I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crofter's to anyone needing a place to stay near Jay Peak. The Teahouse was a clean, basic cottage with fantastic amenities set on a gorgeous property with a river in the background. The location is super convenient. Less than 10 minutes to the mountain and 5 minutes to Montgomery for food and essentials. Between the exceptionally clean hot tub and the very comfortable bed, I got a fantastic night's rest. The owners are incredibly welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. They even had some budget friendly climate controlled "pods" along the river. All in all was …

I found this little gem when booking a place nearby for Jay peak skiing. I LOVED my stay! In fact, it made me want the same cute little cabin on my own property. The cabin was extremely comfortable, warm, cozy, and had everything I needed for my stay. Pet friendly which is a must for me as my senior pup comes everywhere with me.
