Our cozy 250 square-foot tiny house is just 30 minutes from the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Enjoy our off grid tiny house, a perfect get away for 4 guests, it includes a queen size loft and queen sunroom, and spacious living and dining area. Our bathroom is a traditional septic system. After a long day at the canyon, step outside into the tranquil yard with a drink and enjoy the beautiful views of the San Francisco peaks. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! As we do not want to receive distasteful reviews based off of things out of our control. Our space: The hideaway provides a comfy setting including living room, dining area (seats for four), queen loft, queen sunroom (both with memory foam mattresses), kitchenette (equipped with a microwave and a coffee maker) and in home bathroom (traditional septic). We are half way between the historic town of Williams and The Grand Canyon. WiFi: We may be off grid, however we offer internet so you can still connect to the world if you would like. The roads are unmarked and can get muddy, we recommend AWD. However, we are not far off of route 180 so you may be able to get by with a sedan. Please be aware of this especially during the wet season. Our house is powered by solar with no back up. Although Arizona is usually very sunny, there are some cloudy days and our solar may not be able to fully charge. We apologize in advance. As we are an environmentally friendly location and since we only use solar, our system can not handle the use of hair dryers, flatirons, and heated blankets. With our mission of running a green friendly tiny home we ask you to please keep your shower to 2 minutes. The hot water tank is very small and hot water will run out within a matter of minutes. Items you need to bring: Food - Drinking Water - Flashlight - Warm clothes Things to note: We do not have a TV but for enjoyment we have included all types of games. We are avid board game enthusiast and love a good disconnect from the world with a great game and good company. Extra fees: Bringing an unauthorized pet will subject you to a $100 surcharge - Missing items will result in a fee per item. We want to be as upfront as possible on what you can expect here. As many of these things (weather, bugs, roads, hot water) are out of our control we do not want to receive reviews based off of this. We want to make this experience as enjoyable as possible!
