With the original paintings throughout the home, guests will relax while cooking, playing board games and catching up on a good book. Cozy up and stream a movie on the flat-screen smart TV in the living room. Alexa devices in each bedroom and the living room, an Xbox for gaming and a stereo with Bose speakers keep the music flowing too. With a strong Wi-Fi signal and desk in the upstairs master suite in case you need to work, but we think you'll prefer soaking in the hot tub after a hike or bike ride. Perfect for two couples or a family, this is an ideal home base to explore the famous wine county, craft breweries and outdoor adventures. An expansive deck off the kitchen includes a propane BBQ, dining and lounge areas to appreciate the fruits of your travels: locally grown produce, sustainably raised meats, and, of course, wine! Bring along the dog and kids - It is everyone-friendly! Know Before You Book: Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy is 6 people. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at any time. Parking: There is parking for 2 cars along the fence at the street level. Street parking is scarce. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Vacation Rental Ordinance. Bed Sizes: Upstairs bedroom: Queen bed; Downstairs bedroom: King bed. Heat Source: This home has central heat in addition to a woodstove in the living room. Firewood is not provided, but you may use any left at the property. A/C: 2 portable A/C Units available during warmer weather, typically May 1st to October 15th. The house is located up a narrow one-lane road. It is a two-way, one-lane curvy hillside road - fully paved, and no special vehicle is required. We provide detailed written driving directions to confirmed guests. Stairs: There are several sets of stairs at the house: one from the main driveway to the front door with approximately 50 steps. Once inside the house, there is one flight of stairs from the main level of the house to the lower level. Lower Suite: The second master suite is downstairs and has a great sense of privacy, but there is no door at the stairs. Nearest Ocean Beach: The coastal beaches in Jenner are approx. 13 miles.
