Sleeping 6 guests, the 2 bedroom/ensuite bathrooms, full kitchen and living room, offers the perfect space to hang out before a day of lake fun, hiking or nearby golf. Don't forget to bring your boat and use the free boat slip and ramp. A marina is also nearby for rentals and services. For socializing and good food, The Red Onion Restaurant and Bar is right across the street as is the Peninsula Market. You will find this is the best centrally located cabin for fishing, boating, kayaking, golf, hiking, Mt Lassen National Park and more. Come and make memories! Pet Fee - One dog allowed with a $100 per stay Non-refundable fee. Boat docks are generally available in the water before May 15th and removed around October 15th. The Space: NOTE: -Our cabin does not have AC; however, the cabin stays very cool. -There are wall heaters in the living room and the downstairs bedroom. -Both bathrooms have wall heaters. *Please use the bathroom heaters with caution. Our cabin kitchen is stocked for the chef in the group to make a delightful meal: -stove, oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, utensils, dishes and silverware. The living room has a couch, table, and smart TV for entertainment. 2 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed - with ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet) Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed - with ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet) Living Room - Full Queen Futon Property Highlights: Beach/Lake Proximity – 1 minute walk to the lake Free boat slip and ramp. A nearby marina for rentals and services. Additional screening is required. 4. Parking: There are 2 spots assigned parking within the resort for unit #1 5. Trash: Central trash bins, no recycling. 2 pickups weekly during the summer season 6. No fires of any kind 7. No partying, quiet time 10PM - 7AM This is the perfect cabin to enjoy your mountain lake vacation and is pet friendly. You will appreciate the location with the lake just steps away, a free boat ramp and slip and the many activities nearby. The Red Onion and Bar is across the street for good food and socializing as is the Peninsula Market. You will find yourself admiring the beautiful lake view from the large wrap-around porch at the start and end of each day.
