Enjoy! The Space: The Chalet is a newly renovated chalet tucked away in the mountains of West Virginia. Our updated, fully stocked kitchen has plenty of prep space and bar seating for two. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 4, and a spacious living area. Cozy up by the fireplace or host a family game night. Step outside to the large deck to grill or relax in the hot tub. A great option for your family or small group of friends! The chalet includes: - Large living area with wood-burning fireplace - 2 Queen Beds (1 Bedroom, 1 Loft) - 2 Baths (1 w/full tub) - Fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home - Baseboard heat and window AC units - Large deck for grilling and relaxing - Smart TV where you can quickly sign into your favorite streaming service - Fast, reliable WiFi that’s more than enough to stream movies and hold video calls Outside you’ll find: - Brand new hot tub! - Brand new fire pit! - Multi-level deck with plenty of seating - Propane grill We often take our three little kids and dog to the chalet with us, so we're very family and dog-friendly. Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic). Beyond the chalet itself, we love how close to everything we are -- particularly Great Cacapon State Park and Berkeley Springs. The park is free to enter and has miles of hiking trails, a beach and small lake, golf course, horse stables, and a clay shooting range. The town of Berkeley Springs has been voted one of the top arts communities in the US; the shopping, spa, and restaurant scene does not disappoint! This area of West Virginia has so much to offer, and this Chalet is the perfect place – whether you want to explore the area, or just relax in the hot tub and take in the views.
