Essentials included: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items. PET POLICY Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please pick up after pets outside. We allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.). No vicious breeds are permitted. No other pets are allowed without Manager approval. A $50 pet fee applies. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity. HOUSE RULES No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. No parties or events permitted. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Primary renters must be 25 years or older. A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
