Listen to the sounds of the morning birds chirping and the evening frogs after a good rain. If you’re a sports enthusiast you can partake in a refreshing swim, basketball, pickleball, cornhole or horseshoes. If you have kids, they have access to our kids playset with swings, slide and playhouse. But there’s more! If you enjoy an outside bbq or cooking in an outside spacious kitchen this is the place for you. Camp fires restricted to outside kitchen and pool deck area due to San Benito Co fire restrictions. Top off your evening with a night swim and/or relax in our in-pool spa. You have an outside bathroom to use as well.

This location is absolutely perfect for families, couples, solo campers, pretty much anybody! It has all the amenities you could ask for. We tent camped and felt like we were glamping with all that was available to us. Having access to the outdoor kitchen equipped with everything you could ever need made our stay so easy. All we had to do was basically bring our food, drinking water and tent but we of course brought some extra comforts for our setup. Everything from utensils to dish soap to plates and mugs were available for use. Being able to cozy up by the fire was also a big plus! The hosts…

Lisa and Scott are awesome Hipcamp hosts - the RV #1 spot was perfect for our camper van and the pool / hot tub and outdoor kitchen area was so beautiful and relaxing - we hope to return again soon - Thanks, Mike & Carrie Anne
Lisa and Scott were great Hosts! Their property is beautiful and their hospitality made our stay even better. Lots of fun activities to do on the property and nearby. They always made themselves available for anything we needed. We will definitely be going back soon!
