Comfy and private freestanding studio with large deck. The studio is nestled in a grove of live oaks, and overlooks a quaint market flower garden. This is a bed and breakfast, offering coffee, tea, fresh fruit, oatmeal, granola, juice, milk, oat/almond milk etc. This fenced-in property, and large, private, covered deck provides safe storage for guest bikes and sporting equipment. Local trail maps provided for your hiking and biking adventures! -- The studio is located on a small farm located on the forest ridge of Mount Barnabe. The property has two acres fenced off from the wildlife creatures, such as deer, coyotes, foxes, raccoons, etc., that often wander behind the property. The studio is located in the center of the property surrounded by a grove of live oaks, privacy fences, curtains, and hedges, to provide the utmost privacy for our guests. The cottage across from the studio is where your hosts reside with their hens, roosters and Logan (the farm dog), where they are readily available to accommodate guest needs.

This is a fully modern cabin updated and beautiful. Everything was well thought out and communicated either with notes on the property or in text/email. The property is luscious with gardens among oak trees and bird feeders which attracted many birds to the site.
This is a very cute and well equipped home in a quaint neighborhood. Chris has thought of every way to stay your stay comfortable, and even offers small breakfast options for your convenience. Since this was a multiple day road trip, I brought most of what I needed but the kitchen is stocked with coffee and a variety of teas. The property is easy to find but I’d caution you to make sure the Hipcamp app sends the automated arrival information the day of arrival. I never got it and didn’t realize there’s a gate code. Spacious! Felt like a true getaway. Great variety for breakfast from oatmeal to English muffins to multiple types of milk. Clear instructions on how to get there. I wish I could have spent longer at this place.
A glamper’s dream! This tiny cottage had all the amenities of a full house—cooking, bathroom, TV, WiFi, and heaters. After a full day of exploring nearby Point Reyes, my friend and I were able to sleep in maximum comfort. Note, this cottage is in a residential area, so you will have drive to any outdoor adventures, but the cottage still has lovely outdoor seating that overlooks the flower garden.

Absolutely loved my rainy overnighter here. I wish I could have had a full weekend. Everything is so well situated inside. It’s roomy. Everything you need for a nice staycation or destination location. So close to parks, yet felt like we were in the middle of the forest. It was quiet. I was very warm and loved being able to cook easily on the induction burner. Loved the breakfast items they included. Truly cannot say enough. Absolutely will return.
