Long term winter stay was outstanding, no issues. Park has low profile 'heated" fresh water hookups at each lot. Pair that with a heat hose and you'll never freeze up. Park lay out is nice with overflow parking by the entrance. The owner is a stand up hard working guy, very respectful. Online reservations makes it easy to check in and check out, Highly recommend whether your long term or overnight.
