We were traveling west on Hwy 50 thru Nevada in travel trailer. Tried rv park stops in eureka and Austin. All of them trash. Tried boon-docking. Then came upon Cold Springs station on Internet. Calked ahead cause it was almost their advertised closing time. Barb said they had room and they would be there for us when we arrived. They (Barb & George) were. Got there and set up. Restaurant stayed open past closing for us and a few other travelers. Blt and beef dip both good - cooked by their son. We so appreciated the extra effort. An oasis on America’s loneliest highway. ❤️
Staff was friendly. They had clean and stocked potta potty.
Reasonable room rates, great people. If you are driving along HWY 50 "The Loneliest Road in America" it can be a good place to stop for the night.
